Abide by the recommendations from the local Health Department
Continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC and keep Camp Calvin informed of any changes
Spencer Lake Christian Center staff will be provided with special emphasis training on Covid-19 information and protocols
Air ventilation and circulation will be increased, as much as possible
Camp Calvin will be informed of all locations on campus for frequent hand-washing
High contact surfaces in the meeting areas and other common areas will be cleaned more frequently
Food distribution will be modified and all tables, chairs, and contact surfaces will be frequently cleaned and sanitized to help create a safe dining atmosphere
Proper handwashing & personal hygiene techniques will be emphasized, and sanitizing/hand-washing stations will be available around campus to use prior to recreation equipment use
CAMP CALVIN COVID-19 COMMITMENT
Camp Calvin will be evaluating and updating our COVID-19 commitments every 30 days until June 1. After June 1, Camp Calvin will be evaluating and updating our COVID-19 commitments weekly, until Camp Calvin 2022.
Camp Calvin will honor all of Spencer Lake Christian Center's COVID-19 commitments listed above
No one may come to Camp Calvin at Spencer Lake Christian Center if they:
Have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 14 days
Have had symptoms of COVID-19 within 10 days
Are currently displaying symptoms of COVID-19
Modified arrival and departure procedures will be provided to limit interaction
Trained medical staff will be provided and will document care with incident forms
Isolation space will be provided for anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, until arrangements can be made for them to go home
All Camp Calvin attendees are strongly encouraged to limit interaction after Camp Calvin with those who are at higher risk for serious illness with COVID-19
